This is the Members area of the Moving On Well Award!

‍In this area you will find guidance, top tips, best practice, indicators of excellence
and access to complete your self evaluation form for the five objectives:
‍

1. Commitment – Put the right team in place and position yourself to impact your
   whole school with the Moving On Well Award
2. Information Sharing – Demonstrating your school receives and disseminates the
   information needed for effective transition
3. Social & Emotional – Demonstrating your school provides a hospitable
   environment where children and young people thrive socially and emotionally
4. Teaching & Learning -Demonstrating your school maximises opportunities for
   teaching and learning throughout transition
5. Independent Learners – Demonstrating your school develops independent
   learning skills in your pupils right from the start
   ‍

At the start of your journey you will Red, Amber, Green rate your practice against all
five objectives at the Bronze award level. This assessment will be reviewed by your
Moving On Well Advisor and you will receive your ‘Working Toward the Moving On
Well Award status’ (along with an invoice for the award registration fee).

From this assessment you will form your action plan to provide
the path to Bronze, Silver or Gold award level over the next 12-15 months. Once you have paid your registration fee you will also be able to access Objectives 2-5 on the website to support your practice and complete your assessments for the full award.

Once all four have been completed you can contact your Moving On Well Advisor who will arrange a school visit before making a recommendation to the award panel.
